The BASIX Mainline is an all-round line that offers fantastic value for money, with a very high level of performance. It is very abrasion resistant and tough, but is also great in casting and has good knot strength. It has a relatively low level of elasticity, which helps when it comes to feeling the lead in the bottom. This line is 'camouflage green' in color, which means it blends in very well with any lake bottom.
The MAINLINE BASIX is available in 12lbs or 15lbs, covering most carp fishing situations, and comes with 500m or 1000m spools, so that if you have smaller capacity reels or only use two, then it is not necessary to purchase a larger reel than is actually needed to fill them.
