1. Breakfast burrito

If you want a quick, easy and delicious breakfast – this is perfect! Whip them up on the fire, and even save some leftovers to snack on during the day.

What you need:

8 Eggs
6-8 slices of diced bacon
1 chopped onion
1 ½ cups of shredded cheese

Fry the onions and bacon in the frying pan over the fire
Add the eggs and gently stir until cooked
Add the cheese and tomatoes
And voila, you’re ready to fill your tortilla wrap. You can even wrap your tortilla in tinfoil and
keep it close to the coals to keep warm.

Safari Outdoor Tip: If you have some leftover braai meat from the night before, this is the perfect chance to add them to the breakfast burrito!
