TOKARA BALSAMIC VINEGAR 500ML
The Olive Shed is located on the farm Tokara, nestled among vineyards and olive groves on the crest of the Helshoogte Pass with sweeping views across False Bay and all the way to Table Mountain. Their Balsamic Vinegar is a deep brown vinegar naturally obtained by the alcoholic and acetic fermentation of wine vinegar and concentrated grape must. The must is concentrated at high temperatures to ensure caramelisation.
